3. Policies and governance

To support our commitment, we maintain appropriate policies and procedures, including:

  • A Code of Conduct outlining ethical standards and expectations
  • Supplier and partner standards requiring compliance with applicable labour laws
  • Whistleblowing procedures to enable the reporting of concerns without fear of retaliation

These policies are reviewed periodically to ensure they remain effective.

4. Risk assessment and due diligence

We recognise that the risk of modern slavery varies by sector and geography. To identify and mitigate risks, we:

  • Assess potential modern slavery risks within our operations and supply chains
  • Conduct due diligence on key suppliers and partners
  • Prioritise working with reputable suppliers who share our values
  • Take appropriate action where concerns or breaches are identified

At present, we consider the risk of modern slavery within our direct operations to be low, but we remain vigilant and continue to monitor potential risks.

5. Supply chains

Our supply chains primarily include providers of:

  • Technology and cloud services
  • Professional services (legal, accounting, compliance)
  • Business support services

We expect all suppliers and partners to comply with applicable employment, health and safety, and human rights laws.

6. Training and awareness

We promote awareness of modern slavery risks by:

  • Ensuring senior management understands their responsibilities
  • Providing guidance to staff involved in supplier engagement
  • Encouraging employees to raise concerns relating to unethical or unlawful practices

7. Effectiveness and future steps

We are committed to continuous improvement. Over the coming year, we aim to:

  • Further formalise supplier due diligence processes
  • Review and strengthen contractual provisions relating to modern slavery
  • Increase awareness of modern slavery risks within our business
